Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Skechers footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- No signs of wear or customer-caused damage
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Slippers that have been removed from their original packaging (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at time of purchase
- Items showing signs of wear or customer-caused damage
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide details including your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our warehouse (address provided with your RMA)
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International customers: You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded for international orders. Please mark packages as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (processing times vary by bank)
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request what item/size/color you’d like as an exchange
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for the difference)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
